WEICHERT, REALTORS® joined forces with ComVest Residential in November, 2006, when
ComVest was awarded a WEICHERT® franchise agreement. This allowed a local company
with roots extending back twenty years to add benefits to its buyers and sellers in the
form of extensive new marketing and sales programs together with a more broadly
